We are looking for an innovative RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Robotic Process Automation tools and a good understanding of process automation and optimization. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to improve business workflows & operational efficiency in our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out workflows and define automation requirements.
- Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business workflows and address automation challenges.
- Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, and third-party systems where necessary.
- Design and Development:
- Develop, configure, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath or other equivalent platforms.
- Adhere to best practices in RPA development, including scalability, error handling, and reusable design.
- Database Management:
- Develop and execute SQL queries, procedures, and scripts to manage data processing and reporting needs.
- Optimize database interactions for efficient data handling in automation projects.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions to ensure reliable performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
- Strong understanding of process automation and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for data queries, stored procedures, and general data handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and map business workflows.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the other automated testing frameworks e.g. Playright, TestComplete is a big plus.
