This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: 

RingCentral is looking for an ROE (Rules of Engagement) Data Analyst to provide exceptional, high quality, professional support to our Marketing Operations Team, supporting our customer data management for the auditing our data based on the company’s Rules of Engagement (ROE). 

The role supports the auditing, management, reporting, and application of the ROE in the company’s customer data to ensure alignment of data and data ownership.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers.

  • Managing customer data.

  • Prepare and import lists into the SFDC Production without errors.

  • Investigating and making data changes and corrections.

  • Assisting with data analysis, investigations, and system maintenance.

  • Managing and executing data ownership

Desired Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce. 

  • Knowledge in Salesforce applications such as Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dataloader.

  • Experience in the UCaaS industry is a plus.

  • Has an understanding of data architecture and data management.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong time management and personal management skills.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, formulas, and list management tools.

  • Strong user of MS Office.

  • Learns quickly and asks a lot of questions.

  • B.A. degree in a business or engineering related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with software development techniques and processes.

  • Engineering mindset; strong technical background.

  • Any experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.

  • Familiar with SFDC Reports and Objects.
