Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$90,710 - $122,726

Requirements: Leverage your expertise in disaster recovery and risk management to enhance operational resilience. You will provide oversight for information technology disaster recovery plans to ensure they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively implemented to mitigate potential risks. Additionally, you will support the team in effectively managing other pillars of operational resilience, including business continuity and incident and crisis management programs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work with stakeholders to understand and assess risks related to business processes and projects, customer offerings and key business decisions  

  • Coach and mentor others to effectively manage risk 

  • Be prepared to provide recommendations and consultation on risk governance gaps 

  • Maintain risk management frameworks and policies 

  • Research, develop and implement key risk indicators to monitor FCC’s overall risk trends
