Job Summary
Our Construction Management team is seeking a Risk Management Specialist for support of various infrastructure projects, including Rail & Transit Transportation.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a clear understanding of the scope of work in the project and client requirements and guidelines (e.g., FTA, MTA, GAO, FHWA, etc.) related to the risk management that are specific to the project.

Assist in the development of project specific Risk Management Plan (RMP) in accordance with the project scope of work and applicable client risk management guidelines.

Assist as needed in the planning and facilitation of project risk workshops participated by both internal and external project stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Assist the effort and work with the SMEs to develop risk response (mitigation) plan for the risks identified in the project.

Maintain project risk registers for projects (in formats approved by the Clients), ensuring the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the information captured in the project risk register.

Assist in generating weekly, monthly or quarterly risk reports as per client or project specific requirements.

Assist in the Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) effort as required in the project. QRA may involve schedule risk analysis, cost risk analysis or integrated cost and schedule risk analysis.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or other related business degree desired.

Five years of work experience out of which three years must be in the engineering and construction industry.

Certifications such a Project Risk Management Professional (PRMP), PMI-RMP, APM Risk preferred but not required.

Familiarity with the Recommended Practices (RPs) by AACE International related to the field of risk management, cost estimating and CPM schedule, and PMBOK Guide by Project Management Institute (PMI)

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $50.00 - $75.00 annually for this position and local market.
