About the Role
The Risk Management Business Partner (RMBP) will support identifying, assessing, addressing and monitoring various types of risks. The role will ensure the protection of Essity’s assets and its reputation.
What You Will Do
-
Identify and assess key operational risks. Challenge and influence stakeholders to decrease likelihood and impact of identified risks

Guide and support stakeholders in designing and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and address issues (including internal audit findings)

Monitor the changes to risk profiles and the status of mitigating actions on a periodic basis. Prepare risk reporting

Develop a consistent and pragmatic Enterprise Risk Management methodology and structure

Stay up to date on trends that affect the organization; perform risk analyses and provide early warnings to Senior Management

Identify the need for new (or changes to existing) policies to address identified risks and issues

Contribute to the design and implementation of policies and procedures in collaboration with document owners

Provide guidance, as well as advice and support, to Management and personnel to ensure compliance with Essity’s standards, policies and procedures,

Actively take part in scoping phase of the yearly self-assessment on Key Internal Controls (KICs),

Promote adequate risk culture within the organization. Support and educate all levels of the organization on the importance of risks and controls
Who You Are
-
5 to 10 years of experience within a large multinational firm or a consulting company with a successful track record in designing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management system

Good understanding and proven experience in working with risk management and Internal control frameworks, standards and methodologies such as COSO ERM,

Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Chartered Accountant Diploma,

Risk Management certification,
-
Fluency in Spanish and English both written and oral.
