Risk & Audit Analyst - Octopus by RTG

• Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and security measures for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement risk management frameworks and security policies.
• Perform regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration tests, to identify and address risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements, providing guidance to departments.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs on IT risk and security best practices.
• Develop and maintain contingency plans for crisis management.

Requirements:

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset with strong IT risk and audit experience.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to promote risk awareness and compliance.
• Strong ethical foundation, demonstrating integrity and commitment to information security standards.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (required).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) (highly preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in IT risk management and auditing.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Familiarity with auditing standards.
• Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
