The purpose of this role is to support the Risk & Compliance team in achieving departmental goals set by the Company and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This includes assisting in compliance quality control by conducting reviews and addressing potential risks.
Your New Role :
- Assist in maintaining the risk and compliance framework, including updating policies and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about relevant local regulations and compliance standards, and support educating business functions on controls and best practices.
- Support the resolution of issues raised by auditors and local regulators by providing necessary information and documentation; discuss and propose options for communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality service and assist in compliance reviews, making recommendations as needed.
- Support regular reporting and analysis work, and participate in case investigations.
About You:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Experience with crop insurance including underwriting, adjusting, and compliance.
- Secondary school certification.
