Job Description

The Risk Analyst will manage and provide training for the organization’s COI tracking system (NetVendor); compile incident reports; monitor COI requests; manage SOV; support Client Program; and provide administrative support for asset acquisitions and dispositions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the day-to-day interaction between all project participants, brokers and insurers related to risk management and insurance issues.
  • Compile underwriting information, coverage placement and application review.
  • Manage claims administration via collection of information, submission of the claims and overview of the claims lifecycle.
  • Maintains a detailed schedule of values for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Facilitates surety bond placement and monitors billing and cancellation.
  • Assist with the analysis of annual insurance premiums, financial performance of insurance programs, and determination of billing and premium allocations.
  • Assist with the placement of all insurance products, as needed.
  • Assist with internal communication related to risk management initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders throughout the firm to assist with insurance and risk management requests.
  • Policy review.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in risk management, insurance, or claims management within the construction industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess risks, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage documentation for coverage placement, renewals, and audits.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
