Description
We are seeking an experienced RF System Engineer with expertise in high-speed communication. Responsibilities include technical budgeting, link-level simulation, noise and signal analysis, system specifications, algorithm development, Analog systems specification, lab work, and system integration.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience as an RF System Engineer.
- Proven expertise in taking RF systems from the definition stage to full operational integration.
- Hands-on experience in RF system specification, development, and validation.
- Strong background in RF system engineering, including: RF transceiver architectures and performance link budgeting and simulation
- Knowledge of high-speed communication standards and their implementation.
- Proficiency with simulation tools/environments and product tracking methodologies.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and independent, with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE) from a leading university.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following domains is a plus:
- Advanced system simulation tools.
- PHY/RF system development.
- Modem algorithm design and implementation.
- Analog domain systems, including high-speed ADCs, DACs, and PLLs.
- Coherent optical communication.
Proven Knowledge & Experience:
- Full-scale production and mass manufacturing of RF systems.
- High-speed communication technologies and standards.
- Direct customer engagement and system integration experience.
