Why this job is important

We are looking for a Rewards Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to enhance and manage global Rewards programs and projects. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our annual processes and any changes to our current suite of Rewards. You will be able to leverage your skills to enable Kantar to continue to attract, retain and engage a world-class level of colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide expertise, consultancy, and guidance across People Team and commercial leaders.
  • Participate in knowledge capture in Reward Programs team around local practice, legal landscape, consultation requirements, and cultural nuances of the various markets.
  • Lead and project manage global annual processes such as performance management, salary planning, and year-end bonus and incentive pay-out calculations.
  • Enhance reward programs by leveraging new technology, especially AI and machine learning.
  • Partner with HCM Systems team on continued improvement and utilization of Workday Advanced Compensation Module

The skills & experience needed as Reward Manager

  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Strong administration skills including thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Previous experience with Workday.
  • Previous experience using AI or machine learning within reward programs
