About The Role

You’re someone who is passionate about Salesforce and system architecture. You’ll be a critical part of our team and play a major role in our RevOps infrastructure, reporting to the RevOps lead. We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce expert and operational problem solver to help us clean up, streamline, and scale our systems for the future. You will own key aspects of Salesforce functionality, ensuring it supports business goals and drives efficiency across our organization. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, from building creative Salesforce flows to help us work on data hygiene with duplicate records. 

What You'll Do

  • Own the backend of Salesforce (70%)
  • Help us clean up our existing flows, review and resolve issues with current flows, and help implement future automations
  • Assist in rolling out Opportunity Products and roll it out across the organization
  • Redo page layouts across different objects in Salesforce
  • Data Hygiene - help us make things easier to understand (20%)
  • Assist in our deduplication efforts. We have duplicate records impacting different objects in Salesforce today
  • Scale our tools for the future (10%)
  • Projects will include things like helping us transition from leads to contacts, introducing Opportunity Products, and building proper automations to support that new world

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience, with expertise in customization, data management, and process optimization
  • 2–3 years of advanced Salesforce Flow experience, including designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex automations to streamline business processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Expertise in leveraging deduplication tools and strategies to maintain clean and accurate data across Salesforce objects
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
