Key responsibilities

• As part of a high-performing operations team, you will design and build best-in-class custom CRM automation & workflows for the specific requirements of Pigment based on a deep understanding of business requirements




• Scope, Solution, Test, and deploy technical build items in partnership with stakeholders within the GTM team 




• Recommend and develop customized solutions on the platform, with a practical approach to processes and adoption




• Support the deployment process and recommend best practices to improve it




• Produce and facilitate stakeholder workshops to scope and brainstorm technical solutions for business challenges Work on wider operations projects as they arise

Who You Are

• Prior experience (3 years+ or equivalent) in a Salesforce development or admin role




• A baseline understanding of the core Salesforce modules




• You have a proven similar experience on a similar role in a start-up / scale-up




• You have worked in an international environment




• You have a deep understanding of the challenges a high growth tech organisation typically faces




• You are highly organized and able to multitask efficiently




• You are fluent in EnglishYou have a growth mindset




• CPQ experience is preferred, but not required




• CI/CD experience is preferred, but not required




• Automation experience with tools like N8N, Workato, Zapier, etc. is preferred, but not required
