As we scale, we are looking for a Rev Ops Director to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our revenue operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Sales Process & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes that enhance efficiency and drive predictable revenue growth.
- Lead and facilitate high-impact sales meetings, ensuring clear objectives, alignment on priorities, and execution of action items.
- Drive accountability for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into sales performance.
- Partner with finance to refine revenue forecasting models, increasing predictability and alignment with business goals.
- Establish and track key sales and revenue performance KPIs, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
CRM & GTM Tech Stack Leadership
- Own HubSpot strategy and governance, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across sales, marketing, and finance.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance lead management, attribution, and campaign ROI analysis.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline GTM operations, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery.
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth.
- Establish a strong partnership with marketing leadership to improve lead conversion and ensure rigorous follow-up on demand generation efforts.
- Work closely with sales to identify bottlenecks, optimize sales motions, and enhance team productivity.
- Support sales teams with high-value initiatives such as RFPs and strategic proposals
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement, preferably in a high-growth or consulting environment.
- Deep expertise in CRM management (HubSpot), sales automation, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills—able to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
Skills & Traits
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership presence, able to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable holding teams accountable and ensuring process adherence without micromanaging.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 proficiency required).
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a consulting or services-based sales environment.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) or SQL for deeper revenue analytics.
- Understanding of demand generation and marketing operations, particularly around lead scoring and attribution.
