A little about the role…

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. This role will focus on optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and providing operational support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing revenue-related tools, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will be heavily operations-focused, with a blend of systems management, process improvement, and analytical support.

What you’ll do

Systems Management & Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms), with a focus on Salesforce, to improve efficiency and data integrity
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Systems, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and performance of revenue-related tools
  • Provide system training and support to revenue teams to ensure effective tool utilization, including creating and maintaining documentation
  • Assist with data loading, maintenance, and quality assurance within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Support the implementation of data management best practices

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and revenue operations processes and propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for revenue operations, including sales processes, data entry protocols, and reporting procedures
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, including lead generation, territory management, and customer segmentation
  • Support the standardization and streamlining of processes across revenue channels
  • Assist in the execution of initiatives aimed at accelerating growth and revenue attainment

Sales & Commercial Operations: 

  • Support sales operations tasks, including pipeline management, performance reporting, and quota tracking
  • Help improve sales productivity by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and improving processes that enhance customer lifecycle management
  • Support the sales closing process by providing necessary data and documentation to sales representatives

Analytics & Reporting (Supporting Role):

  • Assist in developing and maintaining revenue-focused dashboards to track performance metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Analyze pipeline trends, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Provide data analysis to support sales strategy and decision-making
  • Support leadership by providing insights that inform strategic decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and operational processes
  • Act as a liaison between revenue teams and finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments, providing updates on projects and initiatives

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude for learning new software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems (essential)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and revenue operations
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Interest in or knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages

Salary

$70,000-$85,000/year DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs.
