Job Description
The Revenue Operations Specialist is a critical role in supporting our next phase of growth. This role will be responsible for working with Sales Operations and the broader Revenue Operations organization with a focus on documenting, executing & improving core sales operations activities. This position will be primarily focused on the Americas Region. Responsibilities will include providing Salesforce support and process governance in support of the Sales organization. This includes providing reporting & analytics to key stakeholders to drive and improve overall operational execution. The ideal candidate is a driven, passionate problem solver who will improve Sales and Operations performance by defining metrics requirements, managing business tools, conducting gap analysis & efficiently executing day-to-day activities. This position will report to the Director of Field Operations for the Americas region.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a business partner to Field Operations, responsibilities will range across a variety of strategic initiatives including analyzing inefficient business rules, optimizing for obstacles in the sales process, and analyzing sales data to come up with meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and cross-functional initiatives.
- Understand and become a trusted expert in the full technology stack that intersects with core sales operations activities (Salesforce, Clari, prospecting tools, etc.).
- Execute core sales operations activities in Salesforce.com including, but not limited to, account and opportunity ownership updates, territory management, customer and prospect account updates, and sales tool management, etc.
- Partner closely with regional Sales Operations and the broader Revenue Operations organization to support changing business needs and processes within the technology stack.
- Deliver both basic and complex salesforce reporting in order to support job & project requirements.
- Evaluate other Sales tech stack tools for enhancements of workflows and the overall business.
- Clearly articulate process feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and present documentation including process maps to ensure adherence to CyberArk policies and procedures

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role working with sales, sales operations or revenue operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Salesforce.com
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with an ambition to grow in the technology field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth business to create and execute practical and innovative solutions to solve business problems.
- Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues.

The salary range for this position is $54,000 – $75,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
