At Storyteq, as part of ITG, we help brands scale their content production with innovative Martech solutions. As our business grows, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Director to establish and lead our Revenue Operations function from the ground up, supporting our strategic goals in a B2B SaaS environment focused on enterprise clients like Heineken, Asos and Nivea.

About the role
As our first Revenue Operations team member, you will define and establish the RevOps function. Reporting to the COO, you’ll focus on enabling data-driven insights, ensuring data quality, and aligning reporting to drive growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Customer Success, supporting them with analytics and identifying performance improvement opportunities. While being hands-on during the initial phase, you’ll also bring a vision for scaling the function and building a team over time.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data quality and CRM data integrity to enable accurate and actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver insightful reporting to enhance overall visibility and predictability of forecasting, including lead generation, new business growth, new from existing, churn analysis, and CLTV.
  • Provide strong analytics on integrated performance, identifying opportunities for improvement from demand generation to customer success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to support and enhance their processes with data-driven insights.
  • Suggest and implement performance improvement initiatives that drive growth and optimize customer lifetime value.
  • Support in establishing foundational processes, tools, and frameworks to enable scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of sales incentive plans and other performance-driving mechanisms.
  • Act as a hands-on contributor in the initial stages, directly managing and executing core initiatives.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap for building out the RevOps team, hiring and mentoring new team members over time.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally serving global enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to build and scale RevOps strategies from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in reporting on funnels, sales forecasts, CLTV, and customer success metrics.
  • Experience ensuring data quality and CRM data integrity.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach while establishing foundational processes and strategies.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Solid knowledge of business processes and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and tools like HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with sales incentive planning and performance frameworks (preferred).
