Revenue Operations Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a RevOps Manager, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the people, processes, and tools that drive predictable revenue growth. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and provide strategic insights that support decision-making.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and execute, someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground level.
Revenue Process & GTM Optimization
- Refine and enhance lead-to-revenue workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement process improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Own and optimize deal desk, pipeline management, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead scoring, routing, and attribution models are working effectively.
Sales & RevOps Technology Stack
- Manage and optimize our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrate it with other revenue tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Evaluate and recommend new tools that enhance sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
- Establish data governance and hygiene processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for sales performance, pipeline health, and key GTM metrics.
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and quota attainment tracking.
- Analyze sales performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure territory planning, compensation plans, and quota allocations align with business objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, lead attribution, and revenue contribution.
- Support Customer Success in retention, expansion, and upsell motions by ensuring seamless data flow and insights.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes through training and documentation.
Who You Are:
- 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue tech stacks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable rolling up sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment as a Player/Coach
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience scaling RevOps at a Series A/B startup.
- Familiarity with SLG (Sales-Led Growth) or hybrid GTM models.
- Certifications in Salesforce Admin, Revenue Architecture, or similar.
