We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team within the Partnerships department covering all of our In-direct sales motion.
You will work closely with our regional directors and leadership team, the central RevOps team, and drive growth and efficiency globally.
This is an instrumental role for our Partnerships department, with significant responsibility and impact on the business.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with proven success in Revenue Operations roles who can help us take the next step in our growth.
About The Role:
- Work closely with the department leaders and regional directors of each region to support different GTM initiatives, identifying trends and business opportunities, and driving data influenced decisions to help the teams reach their strategy and goals.
- Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with an emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, Partner sourced deals, forecasting, sales pipeline and actionable metrics.
- Create and maintain business processes and flows to improve the team's productivity
- Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports.
- Maintain and improve our sales forecasting models, offering clear visibility into revenue performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
- Oversee sales planning and growth models, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, target audience and sales strategies.
- Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
- Provide support for ongoing business operations and be a trusted business partner to the business leadership.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with sales, commission planning and target settings.
- Experienced business partner providing ongoing support to global sales teams and regional directors.
- Expert with forming ideas and field needs for actual business processes in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience working with data and driving insights leading to actual impact.
- Experienced and comfortable working with Salesforce (Certified admin - an advantage)
- Experienced with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL - an advantage)
- Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - this is key to success in this role
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
