About the role

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will have ownership of the revenue operations function, enabling our Go-To-Market teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to achieve growth and operational efficiency. You will focus on developing and implementing scalable processes, leveraging data insights to inform strategy,and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and systems effectively.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who thrives in hands-on roles, has strong data analytics skills, and excels at collaborative problem-solving across teams.

This is a unique opportunity to enhance  our revenue operations function, contributing directly to revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the development and execution of revenue operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Driving data accuracy and generating actionable insights through advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Own  and optimising the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Creating performance dashboards and analytics to monitor key revenue metrics and deliver regular reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve lead-to-cash processes.
  • Partnering with leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline management, and territory design strategies.
  • Designing and implementing incentive programmes aligned with revenue objectives to maximise team performance.
  • Manage and guide a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Identify key opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention based on revenue data analysis.

What you bring to the team;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
    Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable revenue processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
  • Experience in creating and managing revenue forecasts, pipeline health analysis, and sales territory design.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
