Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Leadership

  • Serve as the primary partner to sales leadership for performance tracking, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Own and evolve the sales tech stack (CRM, enablement tools, reporting platforms) to ensure usability and adoption.

  • Revenue Insights & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support sales and revenue leadership in decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and other KPIs.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems to support accurate forecasting and business planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy using data-driven insights and advanced forecasting techniques.

  • Cross Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy, lead management, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as annual planning, product launches, and pricing strategy execution.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure consistent communication, prioritization, and execution of revenue-related initiatives.

  • Process Optimization & Enablement

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline sales processes and improve rep productivity.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs in partnership with enablement teams.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in sales methodology, systems usage, and reporting hygiene.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operational roles.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into insights.
