As our first RevOps hire you will:

Be responsible for supporting revenue data analyses, tool administration, and end-to-end execution of sales processes and daily business operations

Work closely with founders to instrument sales processes and discover points of leverage

Stand up pipeline metrics, forecasting, and more new processes from the ground up

Create dashboards to provide organizational visibility of sales, customer, and revenue KPIs

Execute ad hoc tactical activities to help scale day-to-day revenue operations
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, GTM operations, management consulting, investment banking, or other related field

Expertise in Salesforce

Analytical mind and data driven

Preferred experience working at a high-growth startup
Compensation and benefits

The benchmark compensation for this role is $130K USD, however, the offered compensation may be higher or lower depending on skill-level and experience-level.
