As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to support sales performance and optimize processes. You’ll create detailed reports, conduct deep analyses, and identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes, giving our sellers more time to engage with customers and close deals. Your work will be central to the efficiency and productivity of our Sales organization.

Reports to: Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and Reporting.
What You Will Own

Reporting & Analysis: Design, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts. Interpret data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements that reduce administrative workload for Sales teams, allowing them to focus on selling and customer engagement.

Sales Productivity: Work closely with Sales leaders to track team performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to increase sales efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales goals, initiatives, and reporting requirements.

Tool Management & Automation: Evaluate current sales tools and technologies, recommend improvements or new solutions, and help implement automation to streamline operations.

Forecasting & Pipeline Support: Assist Sales leadership with pipeline forecasting, helping to ensure accurate revenue projections and alignment with overall business goals.

Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the Sales team on reporting tools, CRM updates, and best practices for leveraging data in their day-to-day activities.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, or related role, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment.

Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Familiarity with sales productivity tools and process automation is a plus.
