WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the Sales Organization by managing the Deal Desk function including deal reviews, approval requests, generating custom order forms, and ensuring deal accuracy
- Manage the Revenue Operations Case Queue in Salesforce including requests such as: Account or Contact deduplication, account reassignment, deal desk requests, amongst other
- Manage and submit AWS Marketplace offers via the Tackle platform
- Provision customer features and conduct audits to ensure all customers have the appropriate entitlements
- Perform audits of all data sources to confirm accuracy and functionality of systems/process and manage issue resolution with appropriate teams as necessary.
- Provide first-class operational support to our Sales organization by supporting sellers and managers in their day-to-day activities
- Support the Sales Team with day to day requests across sales systems such as Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and DocuSign
- Identify and support process improvement efforts, while readily accepting new opportunities to simplify and standardize processes for the Sales Team
- Complete necessary Salesforce updates, including but not limited to: process flows, field/page layouts, and Salesforce roles/profiles/groups
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
- Support the Sales Territory assignment process by leveraging tools such as LeanData to enforce a speed to lead motion
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Legal on various workflows, from deal desk to billing to sales compensation
REQUIREMENTS:
- You’re hungry and understand the startup grind that comes with a fast-paced environment and at times ambiguity
- 2+ years experience in a sales ops or related role
- Salesforce Administration Certification (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of sales commission concepts, sales data tracking systems, processes and methodologies and has experience working with large volumes of data.
- Stakeholder management skills, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and analytical skills with a high proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets required and having knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements.
COMPENSATION:
- $40 per hour on contract basis
