What We’re Looking For:
The Revenue Operations team supports the Enterprise business segment in all aspects of go-to-market (GTM) operations, aligning externally-facing and internally-facing teams to provide a good buying experience for our customers. Leveraging broad and deep expertise across product management, enablement, internal support, and proposal project functional skill sets, the Revenue Operations team drives continuous improvement in go-to-market effectiveness and efficiency for both the Direct Sales and Indirect Sales revenue streams and their associated matrixed organizations. The Revenue Operations Analyst develops critical business intelligence capabilities for the GTM leadership team supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze large data sets to provide deep insights and understanding of the sales and marketing segments using historical, current and predictive metrics to identify trends
- Assist in defining key business metrics and producing comprehensive weekly reporting packages including forecast, pipeline analysis, sales productivity assessment, and marketing effectiveness.
- Communicate analytical insights to a variety of stakeholders across multiple channels (e.g. in person, email, videoconference, and executive presentations) and explain factors that result in variance to target over time.
- Assist Revenue Operations leadership in defining and prioritizing the analytics roadmap, including systems development, collection and maintenance of underlying data sources and process evolution to support current and future reporting needs.
- Develop and document best practices that align data quality and analytics with sales strategies and company initiatives and collaborate with sales operations and technical teams to implement critical improvements to processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with sales and marketing leadership, and other support teams.
Things That Should Be In Your Background
- 3+ years’ experience with business intelligence or analytics platforms strongly preferred.
- Experience manipulating and analyzing data, generating insights and building reports and dashboards.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning, and execution
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operations goals
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau are a plus
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems.
- Work autonomously as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on responsibilities assigned

While this position is open to remote candidates across the U.S., we will prioritize those who live in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area and who are available to come into our Headquarters in Arlington, VA two days a week.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($74,00 - $86,000), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
