The Revenue Operations Specialist, Partners will be responsible for various analytics needs, including pricing analysis, ad hoc projects, internal management reporting, partner reporting, partner auditing, and providing support to the management team in the evaluation and tracking of business operations
Responsibilities

  • The self-motivated individual will be required to organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • The position will require vision for process/approach development and improvement, technical data skills to pull data, analytical experience to understand the data, and communication skills to summarize and present to a cross functional audience
  • Collect, format, analyze, reconcile and implement new partner pricing updates
  • Research, match, and maintain Partner Deal Registration metrics
  • Track carrier freight and insurance bills, and compare to collections
  • Work with partners to assist with daily needs and special projects.
  • Collaborate with team members and external parties to gather and analyze operational performance metrics
  • Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend, including ownership of projects to develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desire and interest in working in a high-volume office atmosphere
  • Ability to multitask and quickly shift focus
  • Ability to complete multi-step tasks with a high-level of accuracy
  • Excellent team-work, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic


Desired Experience:

  • Three (3) plus years working in Business systems management, Sales operations or Marketing operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience working enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus.
