Position Summary

The Revenue Growth Management & Pricing Manager will support the Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Markets Lead at Constellation Brands, Inc.'s Beer Division. This role is crucial in operationalizing the Beer Division's pricing, promotion, and price pack architecture strategies in local markets to achieve financial objectives. The Pricing Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Director to translate national RGM strategies into market-specific actions, ensuring effective implementation and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pricing Implementation:
    • Collaborate with BU Sales and Commercial Finance leadership to tailor and operationalize market pricing strategy recommendations.
    • Identify market and customer-specific pricing opportunities and evaluate the risk profile of proposed pricing tactics.
    • Guide the strategic implementation of the Price Pack Architecture (PPA) playbook across BUs and key customer accounts.
  • Promotion Strategy:
    • Translate national promotional guidelines to meet market-level requirements and implement them through distributor partners.
    • Support the prioritization and assessment of strategic promotions that align with BU goals.
  • Market Insights and Analysis:
    • Develop and communicate actionable market and competitive insights.
    • Guide the team to identify key opportunities across financial, market, competitor, and consumer data.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to influence distributor partners and key customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Build relationships with key functions within BUs, including Sales, Commercial Finance, Marketing, and IDS.
    • Collaborate closely with teams generating key data insights to ensure connectivity with RGM analysis and recommendations.
    • Maintain coordination with BU Sales National Accounts to develop pricing and product proposals for key accounts.
  • Tool Implementation and Reporting:
    • Partner with IDS and COE Tools & Reporting Leads to ensure effective deployment of RGM's data analysis tools and reporting within BUs.
    • Provide input on market-team needs and requirements in key technical builds and implementations.
  • Team Development:
    • Lead the RGM Market Team to expand capabilities within BUs and key customer accounts.
    • Create an inclusive, high-performing team environment and provide professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing, or related fields within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Experience in alcoholic beverages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management and/or Finance preferred.
  • Experience working with Sales leadership required.
  • Industry experience in CPG, with a preference for direct experience in alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset to identify and tackle opportunities based on gaps, market dynamics, and competitor moves.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships and delivering cross-functional initiatives for business impact.

This role is designed for a dynamic and strategic individual who can drive pricing strategies and support the Senior Director in achieving the Beer Division's financial goals.

The salary range for this role is:

$110,800.00 - $173,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
