As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you'll equip our technical Solutions Engineers (SEs) with the knowledge and skills to excel in both pre-sales and post-sales cycles, enabling them to provide world-class solutions for our customers. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to address both technical and non-technical enablement needs, ensuring our SEs are well-prepared to support our Sales and Customer Success teams. Additionally, you will assist in providing technical enablement for other roles within the organization. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, your role will be pivotal in reducing churn and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Location: Based in the heart of Austin, TX or Tampa, FL, this hybrid role operates from our downtown office. You'll be in-office weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays; forget about parking woes-we've got it covered!
What You'll be Doing

  • Technical Revenue Training & Onboarding: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for Technical Solutions Engineers (SEs) to ensure they understand our products and services, equipping them with the necessary skills for success. Evolve and scale our robust onboarding program for SEs to prepare them to excel within their role at NinjaOne.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other departments to create and maintain enablement content for SEs, including collateral, presentations, battlecards, case studies, and competitive intelligence. Ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with sales strategies while managing internal documentation to support SEs' ongoing development.
  • Process Optimization: Establish a feedback loop between SEs and Sales/Success/Support etc. teams to enhance communication, outcomes, and support for process changes. Actively partner in product launches and pre-sales and post-sales processes to create and curate enablement programs for new products. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored content that empowers our SEs to succeed.
  • Tools & Technology Enablement: Adept in B2B SaaS with a knack for simplifying technical concepts. Work closely with Directors of Solutions Engineering to gather technical requirements and deliver effective enablement tailored for our SEs. Administer sales enablement tools and platforms to enhance sales team effectiveness, providing training and ongoing support for SEs to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Revenue Enablement Metrics & Analytics: Observe and analyze SE-driven pre- and post-sales activities to incorporate customer feedback into future enablement initiatives. Contribute to reducing churn by ensuring high-quality onboarding and training sessions, fostering optimal engagement and support for customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations etc., to ensure alignment on revenue enablement initiatives. Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and coordinate with Revenue Enablement peers to implement strategies that address both technical and non-technical needs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the enablement programs for our SEs and the wider Revenue organization.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required.
  • Hands-on experience with NinjaOne, showcasing a deep understanding of its features, functionalities, and value in delivering effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen with an advanced understanding of complex technical concepts.
  • Proficient in Windows (including registry and services) with working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Sales Enablement preferred, but not required.
  • Strong ability to create engaging learning environments and share expertise effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences with a customer-first mindset.
  • You're a compelling and persuasive communicator, with a knack for engaging audiences through effective public speaking, storytelling, and outstanding presentation abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • You are proficient with LMS tools (Workramp) from content/course building through to administration.
  • Driven by a passion for learning new technologies and adapting to change, you excel in both independent and collaborative roles within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated, with effective multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally, to support global Solutions Engineering teams.
