We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM team. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing leadership you will be driving revenue strategy & operations to optimize GTM team performance and accelerate revenue predictability through operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations and/or sales operations as well as a proven track record of successfully driving insights in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Novisto’s CRM and implement tools that augment operational capabilities and company productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to streamline processes and maximize tool effectiveness.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for revenue operations aligned with company goals.
- Maintain data integrity within the CRM system, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Proactively analyze current operational processes to assess areas of improvement across all GTM functions.
- Identify key opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years in management consulting, business operations, and/or sales operations
Proven track record in providing strategic guidance, and operational oversight of GTM systems and business intelligence dashboards. - Ability to efficiently switch contexts between cross-functional teams, strategic initiatives, and analytical projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding and familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills, deep intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate structured thinking effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Resilient by nature, capable of adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
