We are currently seeking an Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle both collections and revenue-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position granting flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
ResponsibilitiesCollections

Prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report accounts receivable transactions.

Resolve client billing issues and follow up on payment discrepancies efficiently.

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.

Contact clients courteously to collect outstanding payments, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Accurately maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and reconcile accounts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections practices.

Contribute to the improvement of collections processes and policies.
Revenue
-
Issue invoices in accordance with contract terms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Handle credit and cancellation requests as needed.

Prepare and maintain various financial reports and journal entries for monthly closings.

Support CRM updates to ensure accurate and current client information.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a liaison between departments to address client inquiries and requirements.

Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency across workflows.

Offer backup support to fellow team members and the Accounts Receivable Manager as required.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role within an international organization, ideally with exposure to multiple currencies.

Familiarity with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and an investigative mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Customer service-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Fluency in English (required).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Experience with Oracle Fusion is a strong advantage.
