The Role
The Retention Manager plays a key role in creating high-quality proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and campaign objectives. This role is also responsible for building strong client relationships and driving satisfaction through strategic retention efforts. Overseeing campaign execution, budget management, and event coordination, the Retention Manager provides high-value clients with performance insights and actionable recommendations. By collaborating with Campaign Managers and Account Coordinators, the Retention Manager ensures seamless campaign delivery and contributes to fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop retention strategies to maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Build tailored proposals, scoping client requests, and identifying key talents, celebrities, or influencers aligned with brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to refine proposals and provide recommendations for optimal talent selection.
- Supervise campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers to address and resolve any issues during execution.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Track and report campaign performance for high-value clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assisted in organizing in-person events and activations with account coordinators and campaign managers.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics and third-party coordination.
- Act as a bridge between Campaign Managers and Account Coordinators to align on strategy and execution.
- Provide feedback to enhance workflows and optimize team efficiency.
Desired Background
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as HubSpot.
