Why we need you
mabl is looking for a marketing, sales and business operations Swiss army knife to help manage our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes while helping us make excellent data informed decisions to continue our growth objectives. You will work cross-functionally across the entire GTM function, specifically with leaders in Customer Success, Sales, SE’s, CRO, and Cofounder in this instrumental role. We need someone not afraid to get into the weeds but who can also elevate up and delivery analytics to help drive GTM strategy.
What You'll Do
- Tech Stack Ownership:
- Manage and maintain a sophisticated set of sales and marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, 6Sense, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, RevSure).
- Vendor management, user training, troubleshooting, and identifying new tools.
- Implement and maintain integrations between tools including data synchronization and workflows.
- Day-to-day administration, configuration, and customization.
- Ensure data integrity and standardization.
- Improve efficiency and productivity by automating repetitive tasks.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, RevSure, Google Analytics, etc. for the entire GTM organization.
- Analyze funnel and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track marketing attribution and ROI
- Assist finance with ARR reporting
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare standard reports and observations for quarterly business reviews and board meetings in partnership with the executive team.
- Cross-functional leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with all areas of the GTM motion
- Ability to lead and leverage agencies and contractors to scale during peak periods
- Load balance and prioritize projects based on impact/value vs. effort/time while managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain and optimize a robust lead management process.
- Own lead qualification criteria and ensure proper lead routing.
- Monitor and analyze lead flow and conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns by managing operational aspects (list segmentation, email deployment, landing page creation).
- GTM Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to develop and refine the GTM strategy including activities like territory planning, productivity analysis, etc.
- Assist in the development of GTM plans and timelines
- Assist in alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Previous B2B Operations Tech experience required, ideally at a SaaS company
- Expertise with a SaaS Product Lead Growth (PLG) motion a plus
- Hands-on administration level experience with tech stack mentioned above
- 5+ years in operations oriented roles - specifically marketing & sales operations
- Extensive experience working with, customizing, and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Highly detailed, well-organized, and accurate
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and/or excel including vlookups, charts, filters, etc
- Basic understanding of SaaS metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- A knack for designing and implementing efficient processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree
- Basic coding and database skills a plus
