The Role
The GM Retail Innovation Manager (RIM) role is to lead and support the GM Divisions' Field Teams in implementing and evolving the Sales & Services Retailing Model and bring about an industry-leading experience for both our Dealers and Customers.
Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the CarBravo Digital Retail Platform (DRP) implementation at dealer level for territory.
  • Maintain relationships with key staff including dealers and divisional field personnel, keeping them abreast of DRP Implementation progress, processes, important information, and training.
  • Manage employee immersion process for Future Retail Model including DRP Integration.
  • Oversee the introduction of Vehicle Ordering and Distribution, utilization of Fulfillment Centers, and Mobile Service+
  • Support Dealers with customer retention initiatives, profitability, inventory management, and problem resolution.
  • Perform monthly dealer visits and internal expense operations

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required - business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • 4+ years of sales and marketing experience preferable in automotive setting
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within Tennessee, West Virginia, and Kentucky
  • Experience managing multiple project or channel programs (preferable in automotive setting).
  • Experience interfacing with automotive dealers in sales and service capacity
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and independently and present to varies levels of leaderships and partners
  • Working knowledge or established Project Management experience
  • This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
  • Proven track record of driving positive change in sales, and professionally excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with various levels of leadership and partners.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to working with data, analytics, and developing multiple levels of reporting.
  • Advanced presentation skills including ability to create and deliver effective business briefings.
