**Votre Mission** 🚀

Le département Retail & Asset Management de CHEP France est situé à l’interface avec les fonctions Supply Chain, Commerce et Finances. Vous êtes le responsable régional au service de la stratégie CHEP auprès de la Distribution. Vous gérez le secteur qui vous est assigné, vous êtes garant du bon respect des processus de contrôle, de l’application des accords de collaboration avec les distributeurs afin de permettre l’optimisation des actifs CHEP.

Notre future Responsable Développement Régional:

  • Fait respecter le titre de propriété sur l’ensemble des points de distribution de son secteur;
  • Crée, développe et anime son réseau;
  • Fait respecter les bonnes pratiques à l’ensemble de ses comptes pour optimiser la vélocité des actifs;
  • Initie le cas échéant les actions légales adéquates;
  • Réalise des points réguliers avec ses interlocuteurs pour s’assurer du bon déroulement des plans de progrès définis;
  • S’assure de la mise à jour des tableaux de bord et de tous les documents de suivi (KPI’s, compte rendu, présentation Power Point);
  • Gère la relation avec les recycleurs de son secteur;
  • Réalise les audits et leurs réconciliations administratives.

** Profil Recherché**🔎

  • Expérience souhaitée au sein d’une équipe Commerciale, Logistique ou Supply Chain
  • Sens commercial, capacité de négociation et de vente
  • Capacité d’adaptation et d’apprentissage
  • Etre orienté résultat - ambitieux et volonté d’évoluer au sein de l’entreprise.
  • Maîtrise impérative de la langue française à l’écrit et à l’oral et anglais souhaité.
  • Réactivité, rigueur et détermination
  • Connaissance des circuits de Distribution et de la Supply Chain.
  • Mobile - beaucoup de déplacements sont à prévoir sur ce poste
  • Forte Compétences analytiques et gestion de comptes
  • Maîtrise des outils informatique et particulièrement d’Excel et Power Point (MS Office)
  • Permis B - des déplacements sont à prévoir 4 jours par semaine sur la région Sud-Ouest, ne nécessitant en principe pas nécessairement de découchage
