Job Description:
Resourcing Partner - 12 month Secondment opportunity
As a Resourcing Partner, you will act as a key link between our central delivery team and business units across two regions. This is a field-based role, working closely with Regional Directors, Managing Directors and leadership teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring homes have the right tools, processes, and attraction methods to successfully meet their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic resourcing plans to address recruitment challenges.
- Partner with business leaders, Senior HR Business Partners, and the TA Attraction team to define and execute resourcing strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, attraction strategies, and assessment tools.
- Support Home Managers with local recruitment initiatives, international hiring, and workforce planning.
- Act as the main recruitment point of contact for Managing Directors and Regional Directors.
- Contribute to regional meetings, offering insights and updates on recruitment performance.
- Work with Recruitment Delivery Managers to enhance time-to-offer and candidate experience.
- Lead recruitment-related projects, training sessions, and change initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and research to support recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in a management-level resourcing role, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume environment (care sector preferred).
- Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, including workforce planning, assessment tools, and attraction methods.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent report-writing capabilities.
- Coaching & Training: Experience in coaching, facilitation, or training would be a plus.
- Legislation Awareness: Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
