Job Description Summary
As a Resort Lifestyle Marketing Associate working for Taylor Morrison, you will report to the Manager of Resort Lifestyle Marketing in a national role. You will assist in the coordination and execution of all Resort Lifestyle and Esplanade brand marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing project management, copywriting, proofing, administrative, organizational, coordination and miscellaneous marketing support - ensuring all deliverables are created on time and accurately according to the brand standards. We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing premium lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate will reside in the Tampa or Sarasota area, as this is a hybrid position requiring 1–2 days per week in the office or onsite at a nearby community location.
Job Details
- Assist with all tasks assigned to provide support for implementation in Resort Lifestyle marketing programs.
- Intake and project manage all marketing requests.
- Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required.
- Manage deadlines from inception through the completion and keep reports.
- Manage the marketing inbox and correspondence related to marketing projects.
- Maintain various departmental reports for Resort Lifestyle programs on a national level.
- Coordinate collateral as needed and maintain files.
- Provide daily support to Manager of Resort Lifestyle including administrative tasks, coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, etc.
- Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets in the media library (creative examples, photography, art, virtual tours, etc.)
- Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Order and source items as needed.
- Capture & distribute meeting minute notes, prepare binders, folders, collateral as needed.
- Provide copywriting support (social media posts, internal communications, announcements, website, print, email, PR, etc.)
- Review, proof and edit all marketing materials, as assigned.
- Assist with other marketing and Lifestyle projects and other duties as assigned.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related field or a minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Detail Orientation is a must as well as strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong project management skills.
- Should be personable and highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.
- Must have strong oral and written communications skills as well as proofreading skills.
- Must have strong organization skills and ability to prioritize.
- Must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a sense of urgency.

- Ability to work independently and effectively from a remote location and adhere to schedule
- Located in an existing Taylor Morrison market; preferably in Southwest Florida / Greater Tampa Bay area.
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level manager
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
