About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the Role

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a Reservations Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Reservations Trainee, you will assist in ensuring all guest reservations are handled efficiently and seamlessly, with a focus on creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in processing reservations and ensuring accuracy in guest details and booking preferences.

  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, and other communication channels to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations.

  • Provide guests with information regarding room availability, resort amenities, and special offers.

  • Assist in managing booking systems and ensuring reservations are entered into the system promptly.

  • Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and meet guest expectations.

  • Assist with the daily inventory and report any booking discrepancies or issues.

What You Bring:

Our ideal Reservations Trainee is passionate about guest service, is eager to learn, and can provide an exceptional experience for our guests through every interaction. This position requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The candidate must be able to multitask efficiently and work in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in reservations or customer service is an asset but not required.

  • Must have the legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the luxury hospitality industry.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
