Kantar is looking for a Research Executive to join our Qualitative team in Cairo!

The Qualitative Research team at Kantar are now looking for a Research Executive to help deliver digital and operational excellence to the world's leading clients across diverse markets. This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.

What you'll be doing:

Research thinking & Design:

• You will manage client briefs to understand the clients' needs and business objectives

• You will demonstrate research & critical thinking to produce effective proposals, methodology, sample design and research instruments (with the support of a senior where applicable).

Analysis & Reporting:

• You will demonstrate unwavering commitment to outstanding and punctual client deliverables.

• You will engage in brainstorm sessions, thorough & accurate analysis, well structured & thought out report writing, etc.

Project management:

• You will manage the full project delivery cycle from start to end

• You will supervise key project activities and milestones, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables to the client.

Client Management:

• You will build sustainable relationships with our clients through day-to-day interaction.

• You have a thorough understanding of the clients' research & delivery needs and you respond with proactive and responsive communication & consistent and timely delivery.

The skills & experience you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Statistics, Commerce, Logistic or any relevant field of study.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Qualitative market research.

• Good knowledge of Qualitative research methods and a curiosity to learn and explore new ideas.

• Organization and time management skills; with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
