Research & Data Administrator

Job Description

Hybrid Role: Requires 3 days onsite at our Costa Rica office (Zona Franca UltraLAG, Level 1, Heredia) and 2 days remote per week.

We’re looking for a Research & Data Administrator to join Procore’s Scout Research Team. In this role, you’ll partner with your team and key Customer Success Team members to ensure customers receive the accurate, legally compliant documents they have earned. The primary goal of this role is to correct data inaccuracies, fill in missing information, and maintain efficiency through clear, steady communication.

As a Research & Data Administrator, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage and update project information, ensuring data integrity and quality. Use your investigative skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities to make a significant impact on our customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves solving problems and enjoys the challenge of maintaining data accuracy while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Manager, Pro Research and will be based in our Costa Rica office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Search for property information through online county websites, internal and external tools

• Interact with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather and verify data

• Work efficiently under deadlines, prioritizing tasks based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Update job information in the database through accurate data entry

• Correct inaccuracies and fill in gaps based on customer-provided data

• Communicate proactively with customers to ensure they receive the documents they need in a timely manner

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members to implement efficiencies

• Learn and utilize construction-related databases and research tools to perform your job effectively
