Job Description
- Workday HCM Maintenance:
- Manage user access and permissions within Workday.
- Configure and maintain workflows and business processes.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on HR metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and implement new features and updates.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- New Feature Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and prioritize new Workday features for implementation.
- Develop and execute project plans for new feature implementations.
- Provide training and support to employees on new features.
- Monitor the success of new features and make adjustments as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to HR staff on Workday-related matters.
- Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must:
- Masterr's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a maintenance and/or implementation role.
- Optional:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be streamlined through Workday.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
