Job Description

  • Workday HCM Maintenance:
    • Manage user access and permissions within Workday.
    • Configure and maintain workflows and business processes.
    • Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on HR metrics.
    • Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and implement new features and updates.
    • Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • New Feature Implementation:
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and prioritize new Workday features for implementation.
    • Develop and execute project plans for new feature implementations.
    • Provide training and support to employees on new features.
    • Monitor the success of new features and make adjustments as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to HR staff on Workday-related matters.
    • Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must:
  • Masterr's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a maintenance and/or implementation role.
  • Optional:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be streamlined through Workday.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
