Inside Sales Associate
Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in driving exceptional sales performance within Accuris. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share, retaining key clients, and consistently exceeding sales targets. By leveraging strategic account management and innovative sales approaches, this role aims to optimize revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive and manage sales growth to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
    • Identify key revenue drivers and develop strategies to maximize account profitability, penetration, and volume.
  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Develop and execute account plans for assigned portfolios to achieve growth and renewal objectives.
    • Ensure strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence:
    • Implement a clear, strategic approach to exceed quotas through detailed planning and execution.
    • Understand and navigate the solution sales cycle and counter competitive challenges effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and analyse performance against plans, adjusting focus and initiatives to meet revenue goals.
  • Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of IHS Markit products and offerings to provide tailored solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Manage day-to-day tasks with high efficiency while prioritizing multiple sales opportunities.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports and activity updates as required.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formats.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to achieve results.
  • Confidence, maturity, and self-motivation with a passion for sales excellence.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present value-driven solutions effectively.
  • Multilingual capabilities, such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Tamil, or Hindi, are highly desirable.
