Job Description
The purpose of this job is to develop and maintain relationships with our channel partners, their management and support teams, and support the activities of Pilot Travel Center’s Channel Partner leadership team.
Essential Functions
1. Provide support for channel partners and their customers by developing customer relationships over the phone, with the goal of growing accounts and increasing PFJ revenue.
2. Assist channel partner leadership team with meeting planning, developing the value proposition, and process related channel partner preparation.
3. Assist channel partner leadership team in preparation for and attendance of monthly channel partner meetings.
4. Develop an understanding of channel partner contract knowledge to compliantly support day to day channel partner execution and operations.
5. Execute deals, opportunities, and pricing analyses for channel partner books of business.
6. Assist the credit department in preparing for and resolving channel partner customer issues.
7. Develop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to channel partner and channel partner customer needs.
8. Perform administrative functions for channel partners when needed.
9. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
10. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
11. Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum three years’ experience in sales support preferred
