ELEKS is looking for a Reporting Support Specialist in Ukraine.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Up to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting basics, and business analytics
- Knowledge of data processing, reporting tools, and best practices in financial analysis
- Familiarity with corporate financial reporting systems and internal controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements
- Support the finance team in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with large datasets, using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to streamline reporting processes
- Assist in the automation and optimization of reporting workflows
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and validate data for reporting purposes
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and proactively identify areas for improvement in data management and reporting
