We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused Reporting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating scoping, design and triaging custom reporting requests, ensuring that our team is set up for success in delivering accurate, timely, actionable insights aligned with client needs and expectations. Acting as a coordinator between clients and our reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing on reporting strategies that enhance client satisfaction and success.
What you will do
Request Management and Triage:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for custom reporting requests from clients and internal teams
- Develop and maintain a clear intake process for reporting requests, ensuring timely communication and documentation of requirements
- Set up the events in the right cadence to set the team up in successfully delivering against the clients requirements
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define reporting needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals, with the support of the client reporting specialists
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of reports that meet client specifications
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines, potential roadblocks, and updates
Documentation and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain up-to-date records of reporting requests, project progress, and deliver outcomes
- Review completed reports for completeness before delivery to clients
- Continuously improve processes for scoping, triaging, and delivering custom reports
Process Improvement:
- Identify recurring themes in reporting requests to submit to product teams for developing standard templates or dashboards
- Proactively suggest enhancements to our reporting services based on client feedback and internal data
What you bring
- Experience: 2-4 years in a coordination or client-facing role, ideally within SaaS, analytics, or reporting environments
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with reporting platforms or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights for stakeholders
- Organizational Ability: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaboration: A team-oriented approach, with a focus on building strong relationships across teams and with clients
- Problem-Solving: A resourceful, proactive mindset, capable of navigating challenges and driving toward solutions
