Job Description

• Manage daily/weekly/ monthly reporting as required.
• Provide Adhoc reports to stake holders as required within expected time frame.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and updates with the team.
• The business analyst will be responsible to support MS Procurement in reporting and analytical requirements.
• The role will require the candidate to gather requirements from Procurement managers across Microsoft subsidiaries.
• The requests involve translating business requirements into SQL queries & finally presenting the information in Excel, Excel Pivots, Power BI - other presentation tools.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Understand key vendors so that procurement can define and execute a strategy for strategic vendors.
• Provide visibility to senior management on key spend areas impacting EBITDA margins.
   

Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• To be successful in the role, the candidate should have good problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel (technical skills) & have sound communication skills.
• Since the role involves interaction with global team, the candidate should be open to attending evening calls (time zone flexibility).
