About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Replenishment and Availability Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the Customer Excellence team for Northern Europe & is focused on short term execution within our Supply Chain; maximising KPIs and driving continuous improvement in order management and risk management. The role is located at our National Distribution Centre, Wigan.
You'll be working in a hard-working team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Customer Service Manager for Northern Europe.
The management of products at risk for order availability will be your primary responsibility and you will have an opportunity to identify improvement activities within the Replenishment and Availability function and be a key contributor to our digital transformation efforts throughout our Supply Chain.
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of risk analysis and reporting for the full product portfolio for Nortner Europe, focused on the key business objectives of case fill rate, on time in full and delivery on time, in a fast-moving environment with global manufacturing plants and a continually challenging supply chain landscape.
  • Ownership of the allocation process, ensuring accurate and considered decisions made to control supply of restricted product.
  • Manage the stock deployment process to ensure correct and appropriate placement of stock across multiple distribution sites.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with internal customers and service provider partnerships in order to develop strong relationships within those areas. Cross functional collaboration is key to success in this role.
  • Contribute and support the development of new process and system improvements to enhance the Customer experience.


Qualifications & Experience

  • High level of IT capability, including Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar ERP (preferable).
  • Numeric and analytical, self-motivated and with vision and continuous improvement drive.
  • The right candidate may not have extensive experience but will have the right qualities needed to be a successful member of the team.
