LastPass is looking for a Renewal Representative:
As a Renewals Representative, your role is crucial in managing and advancing renewal opportunities within our different systems. You will manage the renewal cycle from start to finish within our existing customer base, while also identifying opportunity for growth and expansion.

Who will you work with?
Outside of the Global Renewal team, you will also regularly collaborate with such teams like Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Leadership.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Renewal Strategy – The role involves owning, driving, and leading the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Renewal Execution – Actively engaging with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncovering roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments; negotiating and executing renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals.
- Renewal Forecasting - Maintaining and reporting an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in the assigned territory.
- Account Growth - Discovering and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
- Revenue Retention – Developing the playbook for renewal engagement aimed at maximizing revenue retention.
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Bachelor’s Degree or multiple years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently building customer relationships and successfully owning, driving, and leading the renewals process.
- Strong relationship-building and renewal engagement skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as the organization expands.
It's great, but not required:
- Leadership experience
- Salesforce experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $50,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $58,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
