COMPLY is seeking a detail-oriented proactive Renewals Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, and obtaining strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Renewal Management:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Identify and address any discrepancies in contract details or terms before renewal.
- Client Relationship Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Escalate concerns to senior management as necessary to ensure successful renewals.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals in Salesforce.
- Track renewal performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract processing.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to client contracts and renewals.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and contract management software highly preferred
Experience:
- 1-2 Years Experience in SaaS or the Financial Services industry preferred.
