ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Reliability Manager to lead our efforts to improve the site's Safety, Quality, and Performance standards. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a passion for innovation. They will have a consistent track record of developing and implementing new methods for maintenance routines, standard methodologies, reliability tools, and techniques.
Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of reliability engineers to drive the improvement of the site's performance by introducing new ways of working for maintenance routines, standard methodologies, reliability tools and techniques.
  • Own the Maintenance Planning and Stores team, driving a continuous improvement mentality to ensure efficient use of engineering resources.
  • Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodology and other reliability focused tools and techniques.
  • Lead the overhaul programme, ensuring governance process is adhered to, using robust data analysis for scope definition so that projects are delivered to plan, cost and timing.
  • Define and coordinate training plans for engineering functions, including engineer multiskilling programme.
  • Lead the implementation of Early Equipment Management (EEM), working with the Capital Projects team and OEMs.
  • Ensure overhaul governance is adhered to.
  • Create and implement effective analysis report across assets. Using systems such as the CMMS, MII, OEE toolkit and on-line Condition Monitoring systems, the role will continually look to identify areas for improvement in performance and cost.
  • Lead the implementation of the Maintenance, Reliability and Engineering pillar of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
  • Develop a strong relationship with the Operations team. All team members at Kraft Heinz dedicate time to be on the shop floor. Being familiar with the factory's teams, routines and issues is a key element our work.
  • Work closely with the Safety and Quality functions to drive effective safety and quality improvements across the site.
  • Main point of contact for OEMs, engineering service providers and external reliability specialists.


Knowledge/experience/competencies

  • Experience operating in a manufacturing environment with experience of driving equipment reliability improvements and asset care optimisation strategy.
  • Experience in applying continuous improvement tools such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) and problem-solving skills including techniques such as Ishikawa & 5W1H
  • Experienced in RCM, FMECA and CBM are a plus
  • Experience of CMMS. SAP is a plus
  • Resilient and able to work in fast-paced, high pressure environments
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office application, and specifically Excel
  • Financial skill to support optimised budget development and improvement implementation.
