The Reliability Engineer for Cytiva is responsible to find reliability difficulties with the data gathered and carefully evaluating diagrams, charts, and reports to illustrate the findings and make improvement suggestions. Also, investigate individual dependability issues and selecting the best course of action while considering things like equipment uptime, repair costs, and material availability.

Create action plans to provide dependable processes and equipment, reducing the risk of failures by analyzing various solutions and taking customer requests into account.

This position is part of the Facilities and Maintenance Department located in Fajardo and will be on site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

Education and Experience:

· 1) Bachelor's degree in engineering.

· 2) Two (2) or more years of related experience in reliability analysis fields.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Collaborates with project engineering to guarantee the dependability and simplicity of maintenance of new and updated installations.

· Oversees efforts to guarantee the dependability and ease of maintenance of all tools, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

· Coordinating with external suppliers or contractors
