Job Description:
Reliability Coordinator - B Shift (Monday-Friday 7a-3p)
1. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA Safety Requirements. Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
2. Perform all process CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement deviations. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation. Demonstrate identity of product and record accurate data on production reports.
3. Effectively coach partners and leaders in the execution of RCM/RCFA recommendations.
4. Facilitate RCM/ RCFA analysis and lead implementation of those same recommendations.
5. Assist in prioritization of work orders (both corrective and preventative) with assistance from the operating department managers, technicians, and operations.
6. Monitor progress of corrective actions and follow up to ensure efficiency as it pertains to reliability of plant equipment.
7. Lead predictive and preventative maintenance optimization efforts as determined by various data sources
8. Participate in creation, review, and upkeep of maintenance procedures and plans.
9. Lead and participate in precision maintenance training and execution.
10. Interact with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) as needed to make changes that will enhance equipment reliability and safety
11. Analyze and monitor equipment performance, parts usage, and maintenance costs, and identify areas for improvement.

3. Work overtime and weekends as required
4. Assist other mechanics in departments outside their primary department assignment. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Food Safety Functions: Together with other members of the leadership team, ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support departments. Establishes and audits PCPs, CCPs, and SOPs to define and monitor processes, ensuring customer requirements are met.

High School Diploma/G.E.D. N/A
Other: Maintenance or Computer-related education.
EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS: (Describe any special skill and/or requirements applicable to this position).
- The ability to communicate with leadership, vendors, contractors, and maintenance partners via phone, fax, email, text, and person-to-person.
- Knowledge of overall applications associated with mechanical, electrical, welding and safety aspects required to maintain different types of equipment from a variety of manufactures required.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and applications including the ability to use Outlook email and calendar, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Aptitude for learning new computer skills to keep up with innovation in systems such as eAM and Oracle.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Knowledge of and ability to execute precision maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of GMPs and SQF preferred.
- CMRP, CPMM, CRE, CIMM, CMRT certification preferred.

- Must pass the company’s testing requirement for maintenance positions (minimum level II Ramsay). Current partners meeting Maintenance testing requirements meet this criterion.
- Must go through the Targeted Selection Interview process where their experience will be evaluated in order to select the most qualified candidate.
- Must have less that 3% absenteeism at the close of the job bid posting period.
- Must have an overall “Successful” or better rating on annual performance assessment.
- Must be available to work occasional overtime hour and travel as required.
